1. Introduction
Welcome to Asian Sweet Hearts. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use and purchase of our match introduction service. By purchasing or using our service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. About Our Service
Asian Sweet Hearts is a match introduction service designed to help relationship-minded men connect with Asian women who are interested in serious, long-term relationships.
How the service works:
- You complete our sign-up form and provide information about yourself, your preferences and recent photographs
- We prepare and optimise your profile
- We promote your profile to women in Asia through our network
- Women who like your profile can express an interest
- You receive a private response list according to the package you purchased
- You decide who, if anyone, you wish to contact
We are not a dating app and do not operate a swiping or internal messaging platform. Our role is to prepare and promote your profile and provide you with responses from women who have expressed interest.
Delivery Timing: Your list will normally be prepared within 3–5 days after payment is confirmed and we have received all information needed to provide the service. If additional information is required from you, any quoted delivery period begins once that information has been received.
3. Service Packages
We offer different service packages so that customers can choose whether they prefer maximum choice or additional assistance reviewing responses.
Full Choice
With Full Choice, you receive the wider response list generated from your profile promotion and review the responses yourself. This option gives you maximum choice and allows you to decide personally who interests you.
Because Full Choice provides the wider, less-filtered response list, occasional profiles may not match every preference or may contain inaccurate, incomplete or differently classified profile information.
Curated for You
With Curated for You, Asian Sweet Hearts manually reviews and narrows the responses using the preferences you provided and our review process. This is intended to save you time by providing a smaller, easier-to-review list.
The Curated for You package does not provide access to a different or better group of women. The additional cost reflects the extra time and work involved in manually reviewing and narrowing the responses.
Curation involves judgement. Although we use your stated preferences when narrowing responses, we may exclude someone you personally would have chosen to contact. Customers who prefer to make all selection decisions themselves should choose Full Choice.
Prices and package descriptions are shown before payment and the package selected at the time of purchase forms part of your agreement with us.
4. Eligibility
By using our service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are legally free to enter a relationship
- You are genuinely seeking a long-term relationship
- You have not been convicted of a crime involving violence, fraud or sexual misconduct
- You are not registered as a sex offender in any jurisdiction
- You are legally able to enter into a contract
5. Your Responsibilities
Provide Accurate Information
- Information you provide must be truthful, accurate and reasonably up to date
- Photographs you provide must be of you and must not intentionally misrepresent your appearance
- You must notify us of material changes that affect the service
- Materially false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of the service
Treat Others With Respect
- You must not harass, stalk, threaten or behave inappropriately toward anyone introduced through our service
- You agree to communicate honestly and respectfully
- You must not use the service for commercial solicitation, fraud or any unlawful purpose
Do Not Misuse the Service
- Do not attempt to compromise our website, systems or security
- Do not misuse information supplied through your private list
- Do not republish, sell or commercially distribute information supplied to you through the service
- Do not use the service in violation of applicable law
6. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in prohibited conduct including:
- Sending abusive, threatening or harassing messages
- Sending unsolicited explicit sexual material
- Harassing or stalking another person
- Attempting to obtain money through deception or fraudulent behaviour
- Impersonating another person or using a false identity
- Using information obtained through the service for unrelated commercial purposes
7. Payment and Fees
Asian Sweet Hearts operates on a one-time payment basis.
- The price payable is the price displayed for your chosen package at the time of purchase
- All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise
- There are no subscriptions or recurring membership charges
- Payment must be received before we begin providing the paid service
- Payment methods are those shown on our website or payment page
By purchasing a package, you request that Asian Sweet Hearts begins providing the service without unnecessary delay once payment is confirmed and we have the information needed to proceed.
8. When We Begin Work
We normally begin preparing your profile shortly after payment is confirmed and once we have received the information required to provide the service. This may happen on the same day and will normally begin within 24 hours.
Work may include reviewing the information you supplied, preparing or improving your bio, selecting or organising profile material, preparing your profile for promotion and beginning promotion through our network.
Because this work begins quickly, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel before work has started.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
If we do not deliver the service you purchased, we will put it right or provide any refund due under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you contact us before we have begun providing the service, we will consider any cancellation and refund request in accordance with our Refund Policy and any applicable consumer rights.
Cancellation After Work Has Begun
If you cancel after we have begun providing the service but before it has been completed, any refund may be reduced to reasonably reflect the work already carried out, costs already incurred and the portion of the service already supplied.
After Service Delivery
Once the purchased service has been substantially or fully delivered, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available. This does not affect any rights you may have where we have failed to provide the service purchased or where applicable law provides otherwise.
Refunds May Be Considered Where:
- We fail to provide the service package you purchased
- A material part of the purchased service cannot be provided and we are unable to put the matter right
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer law
Refunds Are Generally Not Available Where:
- The purchased service has already been substantially or fully delivered
- You change your mind after receiving your response list
- You are dissatisfied only because a particular woman does not reply or continue communicating
- You do not find someone on your list personally compatible or attractive
- You expected a particular relationship outcome that was never guaranteed
- You provided materially false, misleading or inaccurate information that affected our ability to provide the service
- You seriously breached these Terms

10. Privacy and Profile Promotion
Your information is used to provide and operate the Asian Sweet Hearts service.
Key points:
- Your profile may include photographs, your bio and relevant information you provide during sign-up
- Your profile is promoted only to women in Asia through our network and is not marketed to a Western audience
- We may use third-party platforms and service providers where reasonably necessary to prepare, promote and operate the service
- We aim to limit profile promotion to the period reasonably required to provide the purchased service
- Once the relevant promotion has ended, your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- We do not sell your personal contact details as a commercial mailing list

11. Response Lists and Review
Women included in your response list have expressed interest after being shown or given access to your promoted profile through our network.
Expression of interest does not guarantee that a woman will reply to you, continue communicating with you, agree to meet you or remain interested at a later date.
Where you purchase the Curated for You package, we use your stated preferences and our review process to narrow the responses. This process involves judgement and does not guarantee that every person you personally might have chosen will be included.
We may remove or exclude responses that appear duplicate, suspicious, abusive, clearly irrelevant or otherwise unsuitable for inclusion in the service.
Particularly with larger or less-filtered response lists, occasional profiles may not match all of your stated preferences or may be incorrectly classified by third-party sources. This can include profiles where the name, gender, gender identity or other profile information does not appear to match what you expected. Profile information may also be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. You should review each profile individually before deciding whether you wish to make contact.
12. Response Numbers
Any response numbers, ranges or examples shown on our website are estimates or typical examples and are not guarantees.
The number of responses you receive may vary according to factors including your profile, photographs, age, preferences, location, target audience, timing and the level of interest generated by your promotion.
Full Choice will normally contain substantially more responses than a Curated for You list because Full Choice is intended to provide the wider response list for you to review yourself.
13. No Agency
Asian Sweet Hearts provides an introduction service. We do not act as an agent, representative or guarantor for either party and do not control communications, meetings or relationships after contact details or introductions have been provided.
14. Safety
You are responsible for exercising appropriate judgement when communicating with or meeting anyone introduced through the service.
- Be cautious about sending money or financial assistance to someone you have not met and independently verified
- Use video calls and other reasonable methods to verify identity before making travel or financial commitments
- Meet in public places when meeting someone for the first time
- Tell a trusted person where you are going when meeting someone
- Report suspicious behaviour to us where appropriate
15. Information Provided by Other People
We may review information supplied through our service, particularly where a curated package has been purchased, but we cannot independently verify every statement, photograph, personal circumstance or representation made by another person.
You should carry out your own reasonable checks and use appropriate judgement before making important personal, financial or travel decisions involving someone you meet through the service.
16. Intellectual Property
Website content including text, graphics, branding, logos and original materials is owned by Asian Sweet Hearts or used with permission from the relevant rights holder. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our website content without permission.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
We may use or link to third-party websites, payment providers, social platforms and other services in connection with operating Asian Sweet Hearts.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
18. Relationship Outcomes

19. Service Disclaimer
We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee matters outside our control.
In particular, we do not guarantee:
- A particular number of responses
- That your profile will be seen by a particular number of women
- That every response or profile will match all of your stated preferences, including gender or other profile criteria
- The accuracy, completeness, classification or current status of information provided by another person or obtained through a third-party source
- That a person who initially expresses interest will remain interested
- A particular relationship outcome
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asian Sweet Hearts will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from matters outside the service we have agreed to provide.
In particular, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from:
- The conduct of another person
- Communications or meetings occurring after an introduction
- Personal decisions made during or after communication with another person
- Relationship, travel or immigration outcomes
Where permitted by law, our total liability arising directly from the purchased service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
21. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or temporary inability to provide part of the service where caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include:
- Social platform outages, restrictions or account limitations
- Internet, hosting or network failures
- Payment-provider interruptions
- Government restrictions or regulatory changes
- Natural disasters
- War, terrorism or civil unrest
- Other events outside our reasonable control
Where reasonably possible, we will continue or resume the service once the relevant issue has been resolved.
22. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate the service where there are serious grounds to do so, including where a customer:
- Provides materially false or misleading information
- Harasses, threatens or abuses another person
- Uses the service for fraud, commercial solicitation or unlawful activity
- Seriously breaches these Terms
- Creates a safety concern for another person or for Asian Sweet Hearts
Any refund following termination will depend on the circumstances, the work already completed and any rights available under applicable law.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our service, policies or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
The Terms applying to a particular purchase will normally be those in effect when that purchase was made, except where a change is required by law or is otherwise agreed with you.
24. Governing Law and International Customers
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Asian Sweet Hearts is available to customers in multiple countries and territories. If you access or purchase the Service from outside the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in the country, state, province or territory where you live. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim or resolve a dispute in your local courts or through another legally required process, these Terms do not take that right away.
25. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the package description shown at the time of purchase, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, form the agreement between you and Asian Sweet Hearts regarding the purchased service.
